MIT/Lincoln Labs CCID20 W18C2 CCD Test Results

This is a standard resistivity MIT/Lincoln Labs 2Kx4K CCD. It is a very nice CCD.

A summary report is available. Noteworthy points about this CCD include:

The summary report says CTE is "good." The plots show it is essentially perfect.
The CCD is very flat.
Other characteristics are typical (i.e. very good).

Near perfect serial CTE is illustrated.

Surface plot: Lincoln is producing some very flat devices.

This Fe⁵⁵ xray plot shows nearly perfect serial CTE. The same is true for parallel CTE.

This device was measured using the Lick Observatory surface flatness machine.
