MIT/Lincoln Labs CCID20 W105C2 CCD Test Results

This is a high-resistivity phase 2 MIT/Lincoln Labs 2Kx4K CCD. It has improved brick wall. This device has suffered a breakdown during the initial cool-down. The B amplifier stopped working when the temperature got to -127C and hasn't worked since. A summary report is available. Noteworthy points about this CCD include:

Surface flatness
This CCD has a fairly large curvature.


There is a bow of about 20 µm in this CCD. This is the most we've seen in any phase 2 device, but may still be entirely acceptable in many applications.
