MIT/Lincoln Labs CCID20 W40C2 CCD Test Results
Here is a plot of the serial CTE for the second frontside device tested,
W40C2. This is a plot of Fe-55 xrays. If the CTE were perfect there
would be a straight line across the plot.
Here is a surface plot for the W40C2 CCD while it was cold (about -130°C)
and in the lab dewar. The saw-tooth appearance at the back end is an
artifact of the analysis. The CCD is actually smooth. Peak-to-peak
variation is about 20 microns.
Here is a surface plot for the W40C2 CCD while it was at room temperature
and in the lab dewar. There is little difference between this plot and
the one obtained with the device cooled.
Peak-to-peak
variation is about 20 microns.
