The first frontside Lincoln Labs 2Kx4K CCD we tested, CCID20 W40C1 was characterized in the Lick detector lab and a report is available.

during the testing of the new MIT/Lincoln Labs CCID20 CCD being developed
for a consortium of Observatories around the world.
