The procedure of UV flood in air:

(1) Open the plug of the dewar and let air in.
(2) UV flood with a Hg EPROM Eraser for about one hour
(3) Stop UV flood and pump the dewar for 10 min.
(4) Fill LN and cool the dewar.

The procedure of UV flood in oxygen:

(1) Pump the dewar 
(2) Fill Oxygen 
(3) UV flood with a Hg EPROM Eraser for about one hour
(4) Stop UV flood and pump the dewar for 10 min.
(5) Fill LN and cool the dewar.

The procedure of UV flood in oxygen with molecule sieve:

(1) Heat the molecule sieve to 200c for about one hour
(2) Put the molecule sieve into the dewar.
(3) Pump the dewar.
(4) Fill Oxygen 
(5) UV flood with a Hg EPROM Eraser for about one hour
(6) Stop UV flood and pump the dewar for 10 min.
(7) Fill LN and cool the dewar.
